1. Object

If the user feels unwell or requires the attention of a doctor, they must contact public or private medical services in order to be treated by an authorized professional. The user is responsible for the information they enter, which must be true and authentic, and is also responsible for correctly interpreting the resulting information. Common characteristics of all the services offered are: (I) the unipersonal and non-transferable nature of the right to enjoy the services.  

4. Hiring process:

4.1 Contractual conditions applicable to the contracting of services 4.1.1 Previous information The acquisition of the service is understood to be perfected from the moment the contracting procedure ends. The client accepts and acknowledges that the completion of all phases of the electronic contracting procedure, and his acceptance of these General Conditions, represent an unequivocal manifestation of his will to contract with the Company. 4.1.2 Acceptance/Denial The Company may deny the acquisition of Services, communicating it promptly by email to the address provided by the client and justifying the reason for the same. If the reasons that led to the denial have been duly corrected or eliminated, the customer will be allowed to request the order again. Specifically, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any service as long as: it verifies that the data provided is contrary to the truth and/or inaccurate; (b) considers that the request made: (i) does not comply with the terms set out in the General Contracting Conditions and/or (ii) damages or may damage the corporate image of the Company or is contrary to the commercial purposes pursued by the same; and (c) have pending payment for any Service previously contracted with the Company. 4.1.3 Language The hiring procedure will be carried out in Spanish. 5. Economic conditions

5.1 Pricing Policy The Products and/or Services offered through the Website are associated with the final price of the product, as well as, where applicable, any possible discounts that may apply to said purchase. 7. Jurisdiction and applicable law

To resolve any dispute or controversy that may arise between the parties regarding the interpretation or application of these Conditions or, in general, a direct or indirect relationship with the use of the services contracted, Spanish Law will apply. and will be resolved before the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona. Previously, the parties undertake to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute and controversy within a period of one month, starting from the date on which one of the parties notifies the other in writing of their claim, potentially the subject of litigation. .
