In the Online Dermatological Consultation service, Dr. Sara Gómez will assist you via email by appointment.
To request this service, you must complete the following form and then make the payment.
The doctor will contact you via email within a maximum of 3 days. If the consultation is not carried out, the amount paid will be refunded to the same card you used for payment.
Notes:
- If you are a patient of Dr. Sara Gómez and you need to renew a prescription, please send an email to saragomezderma@gmail.com
- We will always try to get back to you as soon as possible, but sometimes the response time can be as long as 5 days.
- The Online Dermatological Consultation service in no case replaces an emergency service.
- In the case of an enquiry for a minor, you must fill in the form with his/her information.
- The price of the online informative consultation about a medical-surgical procedure is not deducted from the cost of the aforementioned procedure.
- If you are attaching photos, please make sure that the attached photos are in focus and taken in good lighting, otherwise we will not be able to assess your case.
