In the Online Consultation service, Dr. Sara Gómez Armayones will assist you by email by appointment.

To request this service, you must complete the following form, and then make the payment of the amount corresponding to the consultation.

Notes

  • The doctor will contact you via email within a maximum period of 3 days.
  • If the consultation is not carried out, you will be refunded the amount paid to the same card you used to pay.
  • If you are a patient of Dr. Sara Gómez and need to renew a medical prescription, please send an email to doctora@saragomezdermatologa.com.
  • The Online Consultation service in no case replaces an emergency service.
  • If it is a query for a minor, you must fill out the form with their information.
  • The amount of the informative online consultation about a medical-surgical procedure is not deducted from the cost of the aforementioned procedure.
  • If you are going to attach photographs, make sure that the attached photos are well focused and taken with good lighting, otherwise we will not be able to assess your case.
